MILITARY KIDS SUMMER CAMP BURSARIES

 Are you currently or have you previously been a member of the Canadian Armed Forces?

Since 2015, The Salvation Army has been partnering with True Patriot Love to help the children of military families attend summer camp.  The Salvation Army provides a range of adventure and instructional camps (including music and sports camps) in most Canadian provinces.

Bursary Eligibilty Criteria:

• At least one parent or guardian must be a current or retired member of the Canadian Armed Forces.
• Child must meet application requirements for their desired camp.
• The bursary only covers the camp application fee. This does not include transport to and from camp, tuck shop spending money, etc.
• The bursary covers one camp per child each year. The bursary covers application fees for camps run in Canada by The Salvation Army.

To apply for one of our camps, go to the SUMMER CAMPS tab at the top of the screen and complete the registration for the camp you are interested in having your child attend. Once you’ve registered, download the MILITARY KIDS SUMMER CAMP BURSARY, complete and send to Ontario Camping Ministries, 25 Salvation Army Rd., Jacksons Point, ON L0E1L0 or scan and send to ocm@salvationarmy.ca
